afarax is looking for a freelance Business Analyst – Corporate Non-Life Transformation. Our client in the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Corporate Non-Life Transformation to strengthen their team.

Elicit, analyse, and formalize business and system requirements in close collaboration with business stakeholders and delivery teams.
Support testing activities by validating requirements, preparing test scenarios, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and delivered solutions.
Analyse data to derive business-relevant insights and support decision-making.
Work closely with developers, testers, and quality assurance teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
Communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in major transformation programs, preferably in an Agile context.
Background in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, and/or Quality Assurance.
Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong experience in requirements elicitation and testing activities.
Solid analytical skills, including data analysis and data visualization techniques.
Fluent in English and at least one of Belgium’s national languages (French and/or Dutch).
