Wij breiden ons team uit en zoeken een senior Qualitative Researcher voor onze vestigingen in Antwerpen, Gent of Brussel. Wil jij inspirerende projecten leiden, meedenken over boeiende businessvragen en strategieën ontwikkelen die echt impact maken? Lees dan vooral verder

Wat je kan verwachten in deze rol:

Je krijgt de kans om uitdagende en diepgaande projecten te leiden, zowel lokaal als internationaal. Geen routinewerk, maar gevarieerde en dynamische opdrachten waarbij je echt het verschil kunt maken. Je zult hands-on betrokken zijn bij het uitvoeren van kwalitatief onderzoek en het vertalen van inzichten naar concrete strategische aanbevelingen die bedrijven en merken helpen groeien. Je werkt in een informele en dynamische werkomgeving waar samenwerking centraal staat en komt in contact met verschillende culturen dankzij het internationale karakter van de functie. Daarnaast bieden we je veel autonomie, flexibiliteit en uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Jouw profiel

  • Je bent erg nieuwsgierig en wil begrijpen hoe mensen en culturen in elkaar zitten
  • Je bent gedreven door een sterke ambitie om inzichten uit onderzoek en analyse te vertalen in concrete strategische en tactische aanbevelingen
  • Je wil je uitleven in het leiden van projecten en het opzetten en uitvoeren van onderzoeken voor de meest uiteenlopende klanten en sectoren
  • Je durft en kan verder denken
  • Je ervaring getuigt van een passie voor kwalitatief (markt)onderzoek en je weet als geen ander hoe je resultaten omzet in bruikbare ideeën voor onze klanten
  • Bij voorkeur beschik je over minimaal drie jaar relevante werkervaring
  • Je houdt van contact met klanten, en bent in staat lange termijn relaties te ontwikkelen
  • Je presenteert graag en goed onderzoeksresultaten en aanbevelingen
  • Je hebt concrete werkervaring als kwalitatief onderzoeker en wil ook graag internationaal werken
  • Je bent flexibel: onderzoek kan ook 's avonds of in het buitenland plaatsvinden
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B en een masterdiploma
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; we zoeken ook naar een kandidaat met Frans als moedertaal
