Binnen de afdeling HR is het de missie van het team Knowledge & Workplace om de CM-medewerkers een stimulerende, gezonde en siteonafhankelijke werkplek te bieden. Wij zorgen voor het kader, de coaching en de tools die nodig zijn om kennis, informatie en samenwerking te beheren. We adviseren, ondersteunen en versterken onze medewerkers zodat ze hun werk zo efficiënt en zelfstandig mogelijk kunnen uitvoeren, met de juiste tools die de interne processen en de HR-cultuur ondersteunen.

Daarnaast faciliteren we de ontwikkeling van de organisatie in zowel het fysieke als digitale netwerk en staan we in nauw contact met de entiteiten om dit te realiseren. Voor de concrete uitvoering werken we samen met de andere ondersteunende diensten.

Om ons team te versterken, zoeken wij een Business Expert Knowledge & Workplace Powered by O365 (CM gebruikt O365 als platform voor kennisbeheer en samenwerking).

Als Business Expert Knowledge & Workplace werk je in een Agile team met functionele, beleidsmatige en technische expertise. Alles wat we doen is gerelateerd aan de werkplek van onze medewerkers.

Concreet:

  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de Knowledge & Workplace-toepassingen optimaal functioneren en gebruikt worden.
  • Onze visie is om zoveel mogelijk vast te houden aan standaard toepassingen maar soms zijn gepersonaliseerde ontwikkelingen nodig. In die context werk je nauw samen met de business, IT of met externe partners.
  • Je volgt de calls en change requests op.
  • Je detecteert nieuwe behoeften, signaleert ze proactief en volgt de ontwikkeling ervan op.
  • In het kader van de projecten werk je mee aan testplannen en de ontwikkeling van testscenario's.
  • Je draagt bij aan de impactstudie rond toekomstige functionaliteiten of ontwikkelingen.
  • Je begeleidt de implementatie van wijzigingen in bestaande applicaties en in nieuwe applicaties voor eindgebruikers, inclusief handleidingen en opleidingsmateriaal.
  • Je organiseert zelf de nodige opleidingen. Je buigt je over de interne communicatie, de informatiestroom en de feedback naar collega's van MC. Je zal dus hoofdzakelijk de Franstalige collega's van MC als interne klant hebben.
  • Je neemt deel aan intern overleg.
  • Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met je collega Business Experts, Product Owner, Stafmedewerkers, Scrum Master, Servicedesk en de externe consultants.
  • Een grondige kennis van alle O365-toepassingen wordt op termijn verwacht en kan dus verder ontwikkeld worden.
  • Samen met het team volg je de roadmap van enkele O365-apps op.

Dit ben jij

Wie ben jij?

  • Je bezit bij voorkeur een masterdiploma, of een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je bent idealiter Franstalig en kan het Nederlands gebruiken in een professionele context.
  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Ervaring met Sharepoint, O365 of de implementatie van een dynamische en hybride werkplek is een pluspunt.
  • Affiniteit met IT- en communicatieplatformen is een absolute must en je kunt optreden als vertaler tussen de business en IT.
  • Je bent een bruggenbouwer, legt gemakkelijk contacten en werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Van analysewerk word je enthousiast en je bent probleemoplossend ingesteld.
  • Door je vlotte communicatiestijl weet je je collega's enthousiast te maken en te betrekken.
  • Je bent een goede planner, gedisciplineerd en hebt talent voor organisatie.
  • Kennis delen geeft je energie en je houdt ervan om collega's te begeleiden en opleiding te geven.
  • Je houdt ervan om structuur aan te brengen, bent resultaatgericht en gaat bovenal te werk met een grote nauwkeurigheid.

We bieden een voltijds contract van onbepaalde duur in Berenschot functieklasse F.

Je werkplek is Aeropolis (Haachtsesteenweg 579, Schaarbeek) maar we rusten je uit met de nodige tools zodat je een deel van je werk ook van thuis uit kan uitvoeren.
