Therefore we must provide top tier customer & agent facing applications to facilitate self service and smoother follow-up of contacts. Furthermore we must keep our billing fast and efficient while integrating new services.
You support the IT management in defining Luminus IT architecture strategies based on medium to long term needs, best practices in the market, and EDF Group guidelines
You coordinate the Solution Architect and Infrastructure Architect in validating delivery choices and ensure compliance of projects/applications with overall architecture guidelines
You provide solution architectures across multiple technology domains on various accounts & projects in line with the IT strategy
You bear end-to-end responsibility for end to end architecture of multiple IT domains
You monitor the implementation of the Architecture Runway and it’s enabling initiatives
You direct a Community of Practice, coach them and help them develop, by transferring knowledge, giving feedback, challenging and identifying areas for improvement
You carry out the above tasks in consultation with the director EA, business stakeholders, vendor management, purchasing, etc
