Your Role We are looking for Life Insurance Business Analysts to contribute to key initiatives such as portfolio migration projects and commercial development programs. You'll become part of a multidisciplinary team of 10 professionals specializing in individual and collective life insurance, bringing together Actuaries, Business Analysts, and Testers to deliver high-impact transformation projects. Your Responsibilities Depending on your profile, you will primarily support projects focused on the migration of individual life insurance policies. Analysis Analyze product and process differences between source and target systems in the context of life insurance migrations Define, document, and formalize business requirements in line with quality standards Identify process impacts related to the migration of individual life insurance policies Ensure a shared understanding between Business and IT stakeholders Testing Prepare and execute process and calculation test scenarios Monitoring & Coordination Act as a key liaison between Business and IT teams Provide regular progress reporting on assigned activities You will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) and build strong, trust-based relationships with internal and external partners Your Profile Strong knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes (mandatory) Solid experience with "Classique" life insurance products (mandatory) Experience with life insurance portfolio migrations Proven track record as a Business Analyst Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector University degree in Mathematics or equivalent experience Familiar with at least one business/process analysis methodology Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus What Makes You Stand Out Strong commitment to quality, deadlines, and results Autonomous, proactive, and solution-oriented Structured, organized, and pragmatic with excellent priority management Highly adaptable with a strong learning mindset Detail-oriented while able to maintain the right level of abstraction Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences (actuaries, IT, management, etc.) Client-focused with a "can-do" attitude What We Offer At Kronos by EPSA, you don't just take on a job – you build a career.
