We are looking for Life Insurance Business Analysts to contribute to key initiatives such as portfolio migration projects and commercial development programs. You'll become part of a multidisciplinary team of 10 professionals specializing in individual and collective life insurance, bringing together Actuaries, Business Analysts, and Testers to deliver high-impact transformation projects. Depending on your profile, you will primarily support projects focused on the migration of individual life insurance policies. Analysis Analyze product and process differences between source and target systems in the context of life insurance migrations Define, document, and formalize business requirements in line with quality standards Identify process impacts related to the migration of individual life insurance policies Ensure a shared understanding between Business and IT stakeholders Testing ~ Prepare and execute process and calculation test scenarios Act as a key liaison between Business and IT teams You will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders (IT, Operations, Business, Distribution, etc.) Strong knowledge of individual life insurance products and processes (mandatory) Solid experience with "Classique" life insurance products (mandatory) Experience with life insurance portfolio migrations Proven track record as a Business Analyst Minimum 5 years of experience in the life insurance sector Familiar with at least one business/process analysis methodology Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus Strong commitment to quality, deadlines, and results Excellent communication skills across diverse audiences (actuaries, IT, management, etc.) The possibility to grow into leadership roles (People Manager, Business Consultant, Coach) Flexible working with 2–3 days remote work per week Comprehensive health insurance Monthly net allowances in addition to your salary Flexible collaboration for freelancers – work on exciting projects via freelance contracts while being supported by our international network.
