WESTPOLE is looking for an energetic and driven Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join its team and collaborate with one of its clients in Brussels.





Your role:






Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

Performance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to senior management.

Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Learning and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your project management skills and knowledge






Your Profile:





Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field from a recognized business school.








Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.








Skills:






Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.

Languages: Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch with strong communication skills.
