WESTPOLE is looking for an energetic and driven Project Management Office (PMO) professional to join its team and collaborate with one of its clients in Brussels.Your roleProject Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budgetStakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are understood and metDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plansPerformance Monitoring: Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to senior managementProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectivenessLearning and Development: Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your project management skills and knowledgeYour profileEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field from a recognized business school.Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector.SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamEagerness to learn and grow within the companyLanguages: Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch with strong communication skillsCareer perspectivesOpportunity to work on high-profile infrastructure projectsClear career progression path within the companyAccess to continuous learning and professional development programs
