We zoeken een ervaren , strategische salesprofessional met impact, visie en een sterk netwerk binnen grote retailers, horeca- en eventorganisaties. Dit is dé rol voor iemand die partnerships wil bouwen met grote spelers en mee richting geeft aan commerciële groei. Wat doe je als Key Account Manager? Je bouwt strategische partnerships uit met grote spelers binnen de Belgische markt. Je identificeert high-value prospects en opent deuren op directie- en HR-niveau. Je onderhandelt met maturiteit en overtuigingskracht bij beslissingsnemers. Je onderhoudt duurzame relaties met topklanten en verhoogt hun engagement en groei. Je vertaalt klantbehoeften naar slimme, op maat gemaakte payrolloplossingen. Je werkt nauw samen met marketing, operations en backoffice om commerciële kansen te maximaliseren. Je vertegenwoordigt de organisatie op events en netwerkmomenten, waar jij hét gezicht bent. Ons aanbod Een strategische positie in een snelgroeiend digitaal payrollbedrijf . Idealiter heb je ervaring binnen uitzend, payroll of professionele dienstverlening. Dit is echter geen vereiste. Je communiceert vlot, overtuigend en met flair op management- en directieniveau.
