Troubleshoot Windows Server and Azure issues Linux and OpenShift knowledge (nice to have) Strong DNS, DHCP, and networking basics Root-cause troubleshooting Follow processes and document clearly Software packaging (Intune, SCCM) Automation skills (PowerShell, Ansible, Git) Monitoring experience (Zabbix, Dynatrace is a plus) Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Azure systems Handle firewall, DNS, DHCP, patching, and upgrades Manage incidents, changes, and partner coordination Understand system interfaces/flows 3+ years Windows systems experience Good communication skills ((French or Dutch) & English required) Problemen met Windows Server en Azure oplossen Kennis van Linux en OpenShift (pre) Sterke basiskennis van DNS, DHCP en netwerken Oorzaken van problemen opsporen Processen volgen en duidelijk documenteren Softwarepakketten (Intune, SCCM) Automatiseringsvaardigheden (PowerShell, Ansible, Git) Ervaring met monitoring (Zabbix, Dynatrace is een pluspunt) Windows/Azure-systemen installeren, configureren en onderhouden Omgaan met firewall, DNS, DHCP, patches en upgrades Incidenten, wijzigingen en partnercoördinatie beheren Systeeminterfaces/stromen begrijpen 3+ jaar ervaring met Windows-systemen Goede communicatieve vaardigheden (Frans of Nederlands) & Engels vereist) Dépannage des problèmes liés à Windows Server et Azure. Connaissances Linux et OpenShift (un atout). Solides connaissances de base en DNS, DHCP et réseaux. Dépannage des causes profondes. Respect des processus et documentation claire. Packaging logiciel (Intune, SCCM). Compétences en automatisation (PowerShell, Ansible, Git) Expérience en surveillance (Zabbix, Dynatrace est un plus) Installation, configuration et maintenance des systèmes Windows/Azure Gestion des pare-feu, DNS, DHCP, correctifs et mises à niveau Gestion des incidents, des changements et coordination des partenaires Compréhension des interfaces/flux du système Plus de 3 ans d'expérience avec les systèmes Windows Bonnes compétences en communication (français ou néerlandais et anglais requis)
