Why this role matters We're growing — and looking for a sharp, curious, and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Brussels-based team and serve our Dutch- and French-speaking clients. You'll play a key role in challenging hiring strategies, identifying top-tier talent, and guiding clients and candidates through transformational recruitment journeys. What you'll do Own the full recruitment cycle – from briefing to onboarding Challenge & advise clients on their hiring strategy and employer value proposition Source, assess & select candidates with a sharp eye for business fit & culture alignment Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates Collaborate on training & evaluation projects when relevant Be part of an agile, ambitious, and human-centered team What we're looking for Bilingual Dutch/French (EN is a plus) 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Deep interest in people, business, and human performance Strong communication & advisory skills — you speak the truth with tact Analytical mindset – you ask the right questions before giving the "right" answers Autonomous & entrepreneurial – we give space and expect ownership What we offer A place to grow – intellectually, professionally, and personally Continuous training & learning on recruitment, evaluation, leadership Real teamwork – not just KPIs and dashboards Hybrid working model – flexibility meets collaboration Impactful work – you'll make a difference in people's lives and companies' futures Want to join?
