Network & Telecom Engineer We are looking for an experienced Network & Telecom Engineer to join our Infrastructure team for a long-term assignment in Brussels. Brussels | Start date : ASAP Full-time | 50% remote Native French or Dutch + English Role Overview You will be responsible for the operation, optimization, security, and reliability of the network and telecom infrastructure across on-premises and cloud environments. You will also contribute to modernization, automation, and security initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize network infrastructure (routers, switches, VLANs, Meraki SD-WAN, WiFi). Provide 3rd level support and resolve complex incidents. Implement network monitoring, automation, and capacity management. Ensure secure connectivity between on-premises and cloud environments (Azure). Participate in migration and modernization projects. Manage telecom and unified communications solutions (VoIP, MS Teams, Webex, Polycom). Document solutions and collaborate with internal teams and partners. Required Experience & Skills 5+ years in Network & Telecom Engineering. Strong expertise in Cisco technologies (Switching, Routing, WiFi, ASA, ISE, Meraki). Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN (Site-to-Site, AnyConnect). Experience with Azure, AWS, and hybrid environments. Strong understanding of network security and risk management. Profile Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented. Strong communicator and team player. Able to work independently and manage priorities. Preferred Certifications CCNA (or higher) ITIL Foundation Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate
