Maintenance Technician

Title: Maintenance Technician Industry: Biopharmaceutical Location: Walloon Region, Belgium Salary: Competitive base + performance based bonus Contract: Full-time / permanent / single shift SciNova are exclusively supporting an international Biopharmaceutical organisation HQ'd in the Walloon region who're seeking a Maintenance Technician to support their expanding operations and ensure the reliability of high-tech process equipment + facility management in a complex and regulated setting. This person will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients production and laboratory facilities. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Role responsibilities: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment such as pumps, HVAC systems, utilities, production machinery, and laboratory instruments. Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure minimal downtime. Document interventions in accordance with GMP/GxP guidelines. Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams. Support equipment installation, calibration, and qualification activities. Propose improvements to enhance equipment reliability and safety. Role requirements: Technical education in electromechanics, industrial maintenance, automation + relevant work experience. Experience in a regulated or industrial environment. Ability to read technical drawings and follow SOPs. Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset. Familiarity with GMP requirements is an asset. Fluent French.
