Job Title: Senior Network Specialist Location: Brussels, Belgium Duration:01/03/2026 - 01/03/2027 Language: English, Dutch or French As a Senior Network Engineer, you will be responsible for the infrastructure management and monitoring of our network systems. Your tasks in the field of Network Engineer will include: Design and implement appropriate and innovative solutions for the technical infrastructure that meet the needs of the service. Contribute to the operational system management of the infrastructure so that the continuity of the service is ensured. Coordinate activities to ensure that infrastructure projects are carried out in the best possible way. Carry out the monitoring of technical infrastructure so that it can evolve Define, establish and implement the documentation and procedures related to technical infrastructure in order to optimize the management and maintenance of the technical infrastructure. Participate in the further knowledge building of the team so that the expertise is further developed and the quality of the service provided is optimized. Know, respect and apply the rules on information security in the service in order to guarantee the continuity of the organisation, as well as the confidentiality, integrity and provision of the processed data. You lead projects, advise on best practices, mentor junior engineers and collaborate with other teams to optimize DevOps processes. You have a good knowledge of storage and cybersecurity You have experience with auditing and hardening of network components. Experience with IDPS systems is a plus. You have a good knowledge of virtualization: VMware. Container technology such as Docker and Podman are a plus.
