Description: Project context Mandatory Languages: Dutch, French, English (professional level required) Within the Front Office of the Client, the Network and Telecom Operations Manager ensures the proper functioning, supervision, and evolution of the company's network and telecom infrastructures. They are responsible for the deployment of network infrastructures within their scope, and for managing the relationship between telecom operators and the group's entities. They must be able to travel to the group's various sites in Belgium. Goals and deliverables Responsibilities: Ensure daily management of network and telecom infrastructures (LAN, WAN, WIFI, etc.) Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance actions Handle incidents, perform diagnostics, escalate and follow up until resolution Contribute to the continuous improvement of the network architecture Document procedures, configurations, and technical changes Collaborate with project teams to integrate network developments Supervise or coordinate suppliers and subcontractors involved in network operations Undergo training and maintain site access authorizations for industrial sites Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, routing, etc. Experience with network monitoring tools (Spectrum, Nagios, Cacti, etc.) Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) Solid understanding of network concepts (firewalls, VLAN, NAC, WIFI, etc.) Asset: experience with Cisco IOS, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto or equivalent Expertise: Technical project management Writing clear technical documentation Network performance analysis and optimization Soft Skills: Analytical mindset and service-oriented Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Rigor, autonomy, and proactivity• Strong knowledge of network protocols: TCP/IP, routing, etc. Experience with network monitoring tools (Spectrum, Nagios, Cacti, etc.) Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow) Solid understanding of network concepts (firewalls, VLAN, NAC, WIFI, etc.) Asset: experience with Cisco IOS, Meraki, Fortinet, Palo Alto or equivalent Expected skills Nuclear safety – Nuclear security – ANS investigation (state security) Electrical BA4/BA5 TCP/IP, routing, switching ITSM (ServiceNow) VCA (AIB Vinçotte certification)
