V-ZUG Europe is een filiaal van het Zwitserse V-ZUG AG en zorgt voor de verdeling van high-end huishoudelijke apparatuur voor keuken en wasplaats in Europa. V-ZUG ontstond in 1913 in Zug, het hart van Zwitserland, en meer dan 111 jaar later zijn we nog steeds marktleider in Zwitserland. Onze kantoren en V-ZUG Studio zijn gelegen in Harelbeke.

Jobomschrijving

Voor V-ZUG staan beleving en productkennis centraal bij het informeren van klanten en partners. Om dit kracht bij te zetten, ontvangen wij (eind)klanten in onze Studio – een ware belevingsruimte waar passie voor koken en design centraal staan. Wij gaan op zoek naar een Brand & Product Advisor om het dagelijks reilen en zeilen van onze Studio te beheren en om onze impact bij klanten, partners en architecten te vergroten dankzij een inspirerende en persoonlijke aanpak.

Jouw rol: je bent als het ware de Maître d'hôtel van onze V-ZUG Studio en van ons merk.

Taakomschrijving


• Je adviseert en begeleidt eindklanten en designers in hun keuze van toestellen en stuurt hen door naar onze partners.


• Je geeft ook opleidingen over ons merk en apparaten aan onze B2B partners, architecten en interne collega's.


• Je kan voor kleine culinaire bereidingen zorgen, die klanten kunnen inspireren.


• Je beheert de Studio en zorgt ervoor dat die steeds operationeel en onberispelijk is zodat deze een premium gevoel uitstraalt


• Je doet de administratie en opvolging van de toonzaalbezoeken en extra diensten zoals bvb. kookworkshops


• Hebben (potentiële) partners of klanten een vraag? Dan help jij waar kan of schakel je de hulp in van onze Customer Service- of Technical Aftersales collega's


• Je neemt maandelijks deel aan onze Internationale V-ZUG Studio Community meetings


• Je kan organisatorische taken op je nemen voor de realisatie, uitvoering en follow-up van evenementen


• Je werkt op onze V-ZUG locatie in Harelbeke en éénmaal per week vanuit onze partnerstore in Brussel


• Op regelmatige basis bezoek je eindklanten & partners en ben je aanwezig op events en beurzen


• Samen met het Sales team implementeer je nieuwe initiatieven om de Studio verder te laten groeien

Profielomschrijving


• Je bent proactief om de Studio bruisend te houden en hebt een passie voor gastronomie en design


• Je hebt commerciële voelsprieten en een eerste ervaring in een adviserende rol


• Het ontvangen van mensen en luisteren naar hun noden en wensen zit jou in de vingers


• Naast het Nederlands heb je een goede kennis Engels & Frans, want +/- 30% van onze klanten is Franstalig


• Eén op twee zaterdagen werken, is geen probleem


• Ervaring met Outlook en Excel is nodig. Heb je ook ervaring met CRM & SAP? Dan is dit een pluspunt.


• Eigen wagen met rijbewijs B
