• Organiser et rédiger les procès-verbaux des assemblées ordinaires et extraordinaires fera partie de vos responsabilités quotidiennes.
•Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe comptable, notamment pour l’approbation des comptes annuels.
•Vous devrez également veiller à ce que toutes les procédures soient conformes aux exigences AML/KYC , notamment dans le cadre des souscriptions.
•Vous serez en contact avec des tiers , tels que des avocats, notaires ou banques, pour assurer une coordination optimale. Profil et parcours | Fiduciaire – Finance – Legal – CoSec – Droit – Administration – Juriste •Vous avez au moins 5 ans d’expérience en tant que Corporate Officer dans un environnement similaire (fiduciaire, holding, PSSF) au Luxembourg, ce qui vous permettra d’être en adéquation avec vos nouvelles responsabilités.
•Afin de communiquer efficacement avec vos collègues et vos clients, vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais .
•Une bonne connaissance du fonctionnement des fonds d’investissement est essentielle pour gérer votre portefeuille de clients avec efficacité.
•Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication , indispensables tant pour l’avancement de vos dossiers que pour maintenir une bonne relation avec vos clients.
• Organisé(e) et proactif(ve) , vous savez respecter les délais impartis et mener à bien vos missions.
