We operate an outstanding own sales and service network which excels in operational agility and entrepreneurial spirit. In order to support the growth of our Finance Department , we are currently looking for a Business Analyst to join our HQ Team in Brussels .

As a Business Analyst at SMT, you will play a central role in the continuous improvement of our Business Applications and Business Processes. You're responsible for providing practical solutions that the business can implement when experiencing challenges with systems.

Needs Analysis: collaborate with internal departments to identify business needs and user requirements related to our IT systems ;
Documentation : maintain business models, functional designs, and system documentation ;
Process Analysis : Process Modelling : Use modelling techniques to map and optimize business processes ;
Develop business analyses, detect opportunities, and translate them into functional specifications and user stories for IT development ;
PowerBI reports : qualify requirements, propose solutions, test solutions and implement them;
Project Management : Actively participate in project management, monitor progress, coordinate actions with project teams and project managers, while respecting deadlines and budgets ;
Stay constantly informed of the latest trends and developments in the field of IT and process analysis.

You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field ;
You already have a minimum of 5 years' professional experience as a Business Analyst, consultant, or in a similar role, ideally in the services sector ;
You are fluent in French and English languages , both written and spoken ;
You have strong knowledge of process modelling techniques (BPM, UML, etc.) ;
Familiarity with business analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) is preferred ;
A function with an international influence that combines autonomy and initiative ;
