Principal Consultant

Languages: English & Dutch required. French or German is a plus. At Wello Solutions, we help service-driven organizations run better through a modern Field Service Management SaaS platform. Our customers rely on Wello to structure complex operations involving technicians, assets, contracts, and compliance-critical workflows. As our customer base grows, we are looking for a Principal Consultant to lead enterprise onboarding, adoption, and strategic engagements. This is a senior, hands-on role at the intersection of consulting, solution design, and delivery. You will be the trusted advisor for enterprise customers and a key contributor to how Wello delivers value at scale. The Role As Principal Consultant, you will own the relationship with enterprise clients during their most critical phase: from first setup through full adoption and long-term success. You combine strategic thinking with operational execution. You understand business goals, translate them into platform configurations, guide client teams through change, and ensure Wello becomes a reliable part of their daily operations. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership, and you will influence both customer outcomes and the evolution of our platform. What You Will Do • Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, including senior and executive stakeholders • Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation programs for complex SaaS deployments • Design solution architectures aligned with client workflows, integrations, and business goals • Configure, test, and validate Wello modules in enterprise environments • Lead workshops, executive presentations, and training sessions • Oversee delivery quality, timelines, and adoption metrics such as time-to-value and usage • Manage escalations and complex implementation challenges with confidence • Share structured customer feedback to influence product and service improvements • Contribute to consulting methodologies, templates, and best practices within Wello What You Bring • 2+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise SaaS implementation • Proven experience leading complex, high-impact client engagements • Strong business and technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, and integrations • Ability to translate complex systems into clear guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working with enterprise customers in operational or regulated environments • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills • Fluency in English and Dutch.
