Marketing Specialist

At nexxworks, we help (international) C-level executives, Founders, Directors and senior leaders make smarter decisions about innovation, transformation and growth. We're looking for a B2B marketer who can translate strong ideas into campaigns that drive reach, engagement, and qualified demand — without fluff.️ What you'll do Own and run B2B growth marketing for an audience of senior decision-makers (C-level, Founders, Directors) Turn thought leadership into performance: LinkedIn content + campaigns, newsletters, webinars/roundtables, lead magnets Build and optimize campaign funnels (landing pages, email sequences, forms, nurturing) Manage and improve paid acquisition (social/search) and work on SEO/website performance Track results, report learnings, and continuously improve: test → learn → iterate Shoot hoops with Nils, Matthias and Eine , talk music with Stijn and Dimitri , go for brisk walks with Griet and Samuel️, dive into the world of Disney with Ineke Practical requirements You're based in Belgium 🇧🇪 (hybrid via Ghent - 2 days/week in the office) You have 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally aimed at an audience of (international) C-level executives, Founders and Directors You're fluent in Dutch and English (other languages are a plus) ️ Strong communication skills (writing + stakeholder management) are a must ️ Strong knowledge of tools (Teamleader, Campaign Monitor, Zapier, Riverside, Webflow,...)
