Voor onze klant in Gent, zijn we op zoek naar een E-Commerce & Marketing Manager.
Functieomschrijving
Als E-Commerce & Marketing Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor zowel de webshop als de volledige marketingaanpak. Je bouwt mee aan een sterk, herkenbaar merk dat kwaliteit, service en vertrouwen uitstraalt.
Volledige operationele en strategische verantwoordelijkheid voor de webshop, inclusief optimalisatie, content en productbeheer.
Coördinatie van verzendingen, opvolging van orders en klantcommunicatie voor online shoppers.
Uitwerken en analyseren van conversie-, UX- en groeistrategieën om de webshop continu te verbeteren.
Ontwikkelen van een geïntegreerde marketingstrategie voor zowel de winkel als het online kanaal.
Creatie, planning en implementatie van campagnes, sociale media, nieuwsbrieven en andere marketingacties.

De winkel zoekt een sterke persoonlijkheid die het merkgevoel moeiteloos vertaalt naar zowel online als offline communicatie. Als E-Commerce & Marketing Manager ben je strategisch, creatief en hands-on tegelijk. Herken jij jezelf in onderstaande profielomschrijving?
Senior ervaring in zowel e-commerce als marketing, idealiter binnen retail of een vergelijkbare omgeving.
Zelfstandig, initiatiefrijk en in staat om projecten volledig end-to-end te trekken.
Sterk in brand building en in het neerzetten van een consistente merkidentiteit.
Analytisch en creatief onderlegd: je combineert data-inzichten met gevoel voor stijl en kwaliteit.
Affiniteit met mode, high-end retail en premium klantbeleving is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
