Office Location: Reports to the Director, Global Content Protection, EMEA
The Internet Investigator will primarily focus on Content Protection issues in the region, with a specific emphasis on Spain, while also contributing to the global Internet strategy and protecting the motion picture and television industry's business activities.
Candidates should be self-starters with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. They must be able to deliver professional results under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities while maintaining composure. Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills in both English and Spanish, both written and spoken, are essential. The role also requires a strong work ethic and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
We are looking for a team player with the highest moral and ethical standards to support both the local department and the global team in implementing strategies that benefit the motion picture industry now and into the future.
Assist the Content Protection team in implementing Internet strategies, including identifying impactful operations to protect content.
Conduct investigations into online targets involved in copyright infringement, working closely with regional Content Protection offices.
Support strategies for addressing infringement, in collaboration with Legal, Operations, and other relevant teams.
Provide basic training on content protection issues to partners and team members.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required. Knowledge of online advertising or follow-the-money strategies is beneficial.
Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and basic flowcharting software.
Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
