About the Company We are currently looking for one of our clients in Antwerp to find an ambitious professional who would like to take on the role of Logistics Engineer within a dynamic logistics environment. Responsibilities Lead warehouse implementations together with Operations, Engineering, and the client. Coordinate teams responsible for WMS setup, configuration, and training. Safeguard scope, budget, and KPIs to ensure a flawless start-up. Design warehouse processes, automation flows, and layouts. Analyze data and prepare sharp, professional proposals. Participate in international client meetings to negotiate logistics requirements. Manage stakeholders effectively. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics/warehouse operations. Required Skills Strong analytical skills (cost calculations, ROI, productivity, process design). Experience with WMS A people manager with a customer-oriented mindset. Hands-on problem solver and true team player. Stress-resistant and able to work with tight deadlines. Languages: English is essential; French/Dutch are strong assets. Preferred Skills Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment and proactively takes ownership. No need for rigid structures; flexibility and initiative are welcomed. A long-term growth mindset; the role allows time to develop and expand responsibilities. Pay range and compensation package The client offers a competitive salary and a permanent contract.
