Qui es-tu ?

Formation : Tu as un Bachelor ou Master en Comptabilité, Sciences économiques ou Finances

Expérience : Tu as 1 à 3 ans dans le secteur bancaire (réseau d'agences ou crédits), ou tu es prêt(e) à relever le défi

Compétences tech : Tu maîtrises MS Office et tu es à l'aise avec différents outils IT

Langues :

Français : Langue maternelle

Néerlandais et/ou anglais : Un atout pour briller

Connaissances financières : Les produits bancaires et l'analyse financière, ça te parle ?

Tes super-pouvoirs :

Tu communiques avec aisance et diplomatie

Tu mets toujours le client au centre de tes actions

Tu es analytique et tu résous les problèmes en un éclair

Tu es précis(e), organisé(e) et attentif(ve) aux détails

Tu travailles aussi bien en équipe qu'en solo

Tes missions :

Le contact client, c'est ton domaine

Tu es l'interlocuteur privilégié des clients pour leurs opérations courantes (appels, e-mails)

Tu connais leurs activités et leur relation avec la banque sur le bout des doigts

Tu soutiens les Relationship Managers au quotidien

Tu prépares des dossiers et rassembles les infos pour les aider dans leurs tâches de prospection et d'octroi de crédit

Tu assures un suivi administratif au top

Tu gères les tâches administratives et commerciales

Tu mets à jour les dossiers clients et assures leur bonne intégration dans nos systèmes

Tu veilles à ce que tout soit carré et bien organisé

Tu es garant(e) de la conformité et du respect des réglementations

Tu appliques les règles de Compliance & Risk Management

Tu protèges les données des clients et respectes les normes anti-blanchiment et anti-terrorisme
