Quality & Risk - Key Performance:
verantwoordelijk voor het kwaliteitsbeheerssysteem, de opvolging van de KPI’s en de audits in het kader van o.A. ISO certificatie;
Safety & Prevention:
- Preventieadviseur verantwoordelijk voor het welzijn en de arbeidsveiligheid op het niveau van de organisatie;
- Veiligheidscoördinatie ontwerp en uitvoering voor arbeids- en exploitatieveiligheid in het kader van de programma’s;
- Rail Safety metbetrekking tot de sterk gereglementeerde spoorwegveiligheid, de bijhorende veiligheidsopleidingen en certificering (veiligheidsbrevetten).
Voor deze Support Unit zoeken we een OPLEIDER RAIL SAFETY . Wat ga je doen?
Als Opleider Rail Safety:
- help je mee aan de uitbouw van het veiligheidsbeheerssysteem ‘expoitatieveiligheid’ binnen TUC RAIL
- zorg je voor de kennisoverdracht binnen TUC RAIL betreffende Rail Safety:
je geeft niet enkel les maar bent verantwoordelijk voor de opleidingen Rail Safety van A tot Z:- je werkt actief mee aan de opmaak van het lesmateriaal (presentaties, elearnings, …)
- je geeft opleiding volgens de vastgestelde leerdoelen en rekeninghoudend met de diversiteit van de cursisten
- je zorgt ook voor de evaluatie (schriftelijke en/of mondelinge beoordelingen)
- …
- ben je het aanspreekpunt binnen TUC RAIL bij vragen betreffende Rail Safety
- zorg je dat je kennis up to date blijft en volgt de wijzigingen pro-actief op
- neem je af en toe deel aan werkgroepen betreffende regelgeving, nieuwe technologieën, lesplannen, …
- voer je Rail Safety Prevention audits uit op de werf om het personeel die VeiligheidsKritieke Taken uitvoert te coachen
- neem je deel aan de analyse van incidenten, inclusief onderzoek naar HOF-factoren (Human and Organisational Factors) en stelt verbeteracties voor
- Je hebt een bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, bij voorkeur in een technische richting
- Je hebt relevante ervaring in lesgeven en/of Rail Safety. Beschikken over één of meerdere brevetten voor de uitvoering van veiligheidskritieke taken is een pluspunt
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, …), ervaring met digitale opleidingstoepassingen is een pluspunt
- Je bent Nederlandstalig maar kan je ook uitdrukken in het Frans
