RX Junior Accountmanager -
Pharma Market Lithuania
As a Junior Account Manager for the Lithuanian market , you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to the Delta Group’s European growth story.
We’re looking for someone with a strong connection to Lithuania through language, culture or professional background, ensuring smooth communication and long-term relationships with our customers and partners.
Familiarity with the Lithuanian pharmaceutical market is an advantage, though not a requirement.
You’ll get to know the hospital and pharma world from the inside out, develop your commercial and analytical skills, and gradually grow into a full-fledged Account Manager role.
You’ll work in an international environment, closely collaborating with colleagues from different countries, and will have plenty of room to take responsibility and deliver measurable results. Build strong, long-term relationships with wholesale and their paharmaceutical buyers in Lithuania
Analyse the market and identify growth opportunities using our master tracker
Proactively reach out to existing and new customers to introduce our RX pharmaceuticals
Maintain daily communication with clients (email, phone, online meetings) and visit them several times per year
Represent Delta Group at international trade fairs and events (3–4 times per year)
Collaborate closely with our enthusiastic team of Account Managers toward one goal: growth, customer satisfaction and strong results
You hold a bachelor’s degree in economics, business, or IT – or equivalent through experience
You are a nativeLithuanian speaker (or equivalent through study/experience), preferably with Lithuanian roots or professional ties to Lithuania and you communicate fluently in English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset
You have a strong analytical mindset and can easily translate data into commercial insights
You are digitally savvy , with solid skills in Microsoft Excel and other IT tools
A permanent full-time contract with an attractive salary package (fixed + variable) including meal and eco vouchers
