Nous recherchons un(e) Collaborateur(trice) administratif(ve) et comptable orienté(e) contrôle de gestion pour rejoindre nos sociétés actives dans l'immobilier, l'hôtellerie et la restauration. Vous intégrerez une structure familiale à taille humaine, où l'esprit d'équipe, la proximité et la rigueur sont au cœur de nos valeurs. Sous la supervision directe de la Family Office Manager, vous débuterez sur les opérations comptables courantes, avant d'évoluer progressivement vers des missions d'analyse et de reporting. Vos responsabilités Comptabilité & Administration Encodage comptable des opérations quotidiennes (achats, banques, journaux). Analyse et suivi des flux de trésorerie (cash-in / cash-out). Préparation de rapports internes et de tableaux de bord. Support dans la préparation des clôtures mensuelles. Collaboration avec notre équipe comptable et fiscale externe. Gestion de tâches administratives diverses. Réalisation d'analyses comptables et financières ad hoc pour le management. Contrôle de gestion Suivi et contrôle des opérations comptables et financières des sociétés opérationnelles. Participation à la création et à la mise en place d'outils de reporting pour le pilotage des différentes activités. Contribution à la gestion des risques, à l'amélioration des procédures et à la fiabilité des données financières. Votre profil Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur en économie, comptabilité, finance ou orientation similaire. Minimum 3 ans d'expérience dans une fonction comparable. Rigueur, sens de l'organisation, esprit analytique et proactivité. Fiabilité, orientation résultats et souci de la qualité. Excellentes capacités relationnelles, sens du contact et bienveillance. Très bonne maîtrise du français ; la connaissance du néerlandais est un atout. Aisance avec les outils informatiques et excellente maîtrise d'Excel. Lieu de travail : Avenue Louise, Bruxelles.
