<p><b> Role: Lead .NET/Project Manager </b><p><b> Location: Ghent </b></p><p><b> Report to: Software Manager </b></p><p></p><p> A client of ours based in Ghent specialize in delivering innovative software, system solutions for new inhouse projects in the environmental sector. They are currently on the lookout for a new employee with a strong <b> development (.NET) background </b> who's willing to combine their technical expertise with the responsibilities of a <b> Project Manager. </b></p><p></p><p><b> Responsibilities: </b></p><ul><li> Leading and motivating project teams, ensuring effective collaboration between developers, analysts, architects, and other stakeholders. </li><li> Building and maintaining constructive relationships with customers, providing regular updates on project progress. </li><li> Helping to gather and document business requirements and translating them into actionable technical tasks. </li><li> Managing development activities, performing functional tests, and ensuring the final solution meets expectations and quality standards. </li><li> Monitoring project scope, timing, and budget, identifying risks and proactively implementing solutions. </li><li> Providing user coaching, training, and collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement. </li><li> Contributing to project quotations and participating from the early stages of new initiatives. </li><li> Working primarily from the Ghent office, with regular visits to client sites. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What we're looking for: </b></p><ul><li> Bachelor's/Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, or a related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience as a <b> .NET developer </b> ; experience as a project manager is an asset but not essential, we look at potential, drive, and a learning mindset. </li><li> Familiarity with project methodologies and tools such as Prince2, Scrum, Agile, DevOps, and GitLab. </li><li> Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English (French or German is a plus). </li><li> Analytical and conceptual thinker who quickly grasps complex issues and helps define clear solutions. </li><li> Well-organized, result-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure. </li><li> Proactive, entrepreneurial, and autonomous — you make things happen. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What's being offered: </b></p><ul><li> Competitive salary (4500-6000 gross)</li><li> Full benefits package- company car, fuel card, meal vouchers etc. </li><li> Remote work -50%</li><li> To join a growing company offering stability and a collaborative working environment. </li></ul><p></p><p><em> If you're interested, please don't hesitate to apply here or to reach me via email/phone: david.tran@vividresourcing.com/+32 3318 0074. </em></p><p></p>
