IT Security Manager – Role Overview
Lead the establishment and growth of a new IT security function , defining strategy, processes, and service offerings from inception.
Manage internal and client-focused security initiatives, including risk assessments, incident management, and implementation of security strategies.
Recruit, mentor, and guide a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Advise senior leadership and clients on IT security risks, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives.
Drive the adoption of cybersecurity frameworks, best practices, and compliance standards across the organization.
IT Security Manager – Who You Are
Experienced professional with 10+ years in cybersecurity, IT risk, or advisory roles , ideally including Big 4 experience.
Proven ability to lead teams and deliver complex security projects in a client-facing or international context.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and regulatory environments.
Fluent in English, French, and Dutch , with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
