Jobomschrijving

Onze klant zoekt een Senior Logistics Team Leader die verantwoordelijk is voor het dagelijkse verloop van een ploeg binnen het distributiecentrum (wisselende vroege en late shiften). De focus ligt op het efficiënt en kwalitatief uitvoeren van alle logistieke processen, met aandacht voor productiviteit, veiligheid en het behalen van operationele doelstellingen. Deze rol is bedoeld voor kandidaten met ervaring binnen een distributiecentrum en een sterke affiniteit voor procesbeheer.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

Leidinggeven aan teamleiders en logistieke medewerkers, coachen en motiveren op basis van individuele vaardigheden.
Evalueren van prestaties van medewerkers en bijsturen waar nodig om productiviteit en kwaliteit te waarborgen.
Plannen van aanwezigheid, verlof en capaciteit van zowel vaste als tijdelijke medewerkers.
Beheren van inkomende en uitgaande goederenstromen en zorgen voor tijdige verwerking van orders.
Verdelen van werkzaamheden over afdelingen en aanpassen op basis van operationele behoeften.
Analyseren van technische storingen en coördineren met externe partners voor snelle oplossingen.
Bewaken van werkmethodes, netheid en naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften.
Fungeren als back-up voor logistieke leiding bij afwezigheid.
Effectieve communicatie en samenwerking met interne teams en externe partners.
Monitoren van operationele kosten en initiëren van verbeteringen zonder kwaliteitsverlies.
Analyseren van KPI’s en logistieke gegevens om efficiëntie en prestaties te verbeteren.
Deelnemen aan projecten voor procesoptimalisatie en implementatie van verbeteringen binnen het distributiecentrum.

Profiel

Minimaal bachelor diploma in logistiek, supply chain management of een verwante richting.
Ervaring in een leidinggevende rol binnen een distributiecentrum .
Grondige kennis van voorraadbeheer, kostenbeheersing en logistieke processen.
Sterk in organisatie, communicatie en teamcoördinatie.
Analytisch, probleemoplossend en resultaatgericht.
Stressbestendig, flexibel en zelfstandig.
Vloeiend in Nederlands en Frans, goede kennis van Engels.
Basisvaardigheden in Excel, Word en Outlook; ervaring met ERP- of WMS-systemen is een plus.
Technische affiniteit is een voordeel.
