Your Background You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and translate business needs into functional requirements. You have proven experience in functional analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, or solution design. You are comfortable acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. You are structured, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering value. You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, either in consulting or within an organization. Nice to Have You are familiar with modeling and documentation tools (UML, BPMN, Visio, Sparx, ARIS...). You have knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMI...) and related tools (Jira, Confluence, Bizagi...). You have an interest in or experience with the energy, transport, or public services sectors. You are passionate about digital transformation, process optimization, and business innovation.
