Wij zijn op zoek naar een Legal & Compliance Officer om een dynamisch en ambitieus dienstverlenend bedrijf te versterken, dat streeft naar een omzetgroei van +25% tegen 2026. Je zal de enige interne jurist zijn en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CEO. Belangrijkste taken
Beheer van diverse juridische onderwerpen: ISO, GDPR (ervaring als DPO is een pluspunt), framework agreements, ad-hoc juridische ondersteuning voor collega’s, enz.
Opvolging en onderhandelingen van contracten met nationale en internationale klanten
Toezicht en implementatie van compliance-normen
Strategisch juridisch advies aan de CEO over juridische en regelgevende risico’s
Gewenst profiel
~3 tot 8 jaar ervaring in legal / compliance (ervaring in een dienstverlenend bedrijf is een groot pluspunt)
~ Tweetalig NL/FR en goede kennis van Engels
~ Georganiseerd, gestructureerd, autonoom en in staat om initiatief te nemen
~ Creatief en gemotiveerd door de diversiteit van taken en uiteenlopende uitdagingen

Nous recherchons un Legal & Compliance Officer pour rejoindre une entreprise de services dynamique, ambitieuse et en pleine expansion, avec un objectif de croissance de +25% de son chiffre d’affaires d’ici 2026. Vous serez le seul juriste interne et reporterez directement au CEO.
Vos responsabilités
Gérer divers sujets juridiques : ISO, GDPR (expérience DPO un plus), contrats-cadres, soutien juridique ponctuel aux collègues, etc.
Suivre et négocier des contrats avec des clients nationaux et internationaux
Superviser et mettre en œuvre les normes de conformité
Fournir des conseils juridiques stratégiques au CEO sur les risques légaux et réglementaires
Votre profil
~3 à 8 ans d’expérience en legal / compliance (une expérience dans le secteur des services est un atout majeur)
~ Bilingue NL/FR et bonne maîtrise de l’anglais
~ Organisé(e), structuré(e), autonome et capable de prendre des initiatives
~ Créatif(ve) et motivé(e) par la diversité des missions et des défis
