As a Senior Consultant , you will play a central role in delivering high-impact projects, analysing business needs, and designing innovative solutions that help our clients grow and transform. Your analytical mindset, business acumen, and mastery of BA tools will be key to supporting strategic decision-making and ensuring successful outcomes.
Understand and analyse clients’ strategic and operational challenges to deliver actionable recommendations;
Gather, structure and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements elicitation using techniques like prioritisation, user stories, and use case modelling;
Use data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) to support performance monitoring and data-driven insights;
Coordinate project stakeholders and support agile delivery (e.g. Scrum, Kanban), acting as a bridge between business and technical teams;
Create wireframes or mockups using tools like Balsamiq, Figma or Miro to support solution design;
Contribute to change management by analysing impact, preparing training/support materials, and facilitating adoption;
Build lasting client relationships and contribute to AION Consulting’s reputation and growth;
Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, IT, or a related field;
At least 4 years of experience in business analysis or consulting roles with proven project delivery;
Fluent in Dutch or French, with a fluent level in English, and a good command of the other national language (must have);
Excel, PowerPoint, BPMN, Miro, Power BI, Tableau, SQL;
Familiar with agile methodologies, and business analysis frameworks;
Strong command of business process modelling, stakeholder mapping, and impact analysis;
