About the Role
We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer to contribute to the design and development of innovative products within the medical technology field. You will be responsible for creating reliable and manufacturable mechanical designs that meet high standards of performance and quality.
This is an opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment where engineering meets life sciences. You’ll play a key role in shaping solutions that improve the delivery of healthcare technologies worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Design and develop mechanical systems and precision assemblies from concept through production.
Create and manage 3D CAD models, drawings, and documentation using tools such as SolidWorks.
Define materials, tolerances, and design specifications to ensure robustness and manufacturability.
Prototype, test, and refine mechanical designs to validate functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to transition designs from prototype to production.
Support verification, validation, and continuous improvement activities.
About You
~ Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
~3–5 years of experience in product design and development , preferably in the medical, life sciences, or precision engineering sectors.
~ Strong proficiency in 3D CAD (e.g., SolidWorks) and experience with mechanical design for manufacturing.
~ Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing mechanical components or assemblies.
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a structured approach to design challenges.
~ Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a multidisciplinary setting.
~ Familiarity with regulated or quality-focused industries is beneficial.
