Nationale Bank van België speelt een centrale rol in de financiële wereld. Om die opdrachten op een veilige manier (zowel “security” als “safety”) te kunnen uitvoeren, beschikt zij over een interne bewakingsdienst die is opgericht en vergund volgens de wet van 2 oktober 2017 tot regeling van de private en bijzondere veiligheid.
De interne bewakingsdienst bestaat uit ongeveer 90 bewakingsagenten (dispatchers, waardenvervoerders, bodyguards, toezichters, portiers en nachtwakers) en leidinggevenden, en een tiental administratieve en logistieke medewerkers.
Wij zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste nieuwe collega voor de versterking van het team bewakingsagenten, deze functie zal zowel in de gebouwen van de NBB in het centrum van Brussel, als in het nieuwe Cash center te Zellik uitgeoefend worden. Functieomschrijving
je past de toegangscontroleregels toe die gelden in de NBB
je voert bewakingsopdrachten uit in de NBB
je verhindert dat het goede verloop van activiteiten en evenementen in de NBB verstoord kan worden of de veiligheid van de aanwezigen in het gedrang kan worden gebracht
je observeert en rapporteert onregelmatigheden of incidenten
je draagt bij aan het goede en veilige verloop van evacuaties van de NBB
je beantwoordt mondelinge vragen van interne en externe klanten van de NBB
je voert diverse eenvoudige administratieve taken uit.
Profiel
je bent houder van het algemeen bekwaamheidsattest bewakingsagent en, indien dit attest ouder is dan 4 jaar, van een bijscholingsattest bewakingsagent
je hebt een opleiding tot bedrijfseerstehulpverlener gevolgd
je hebt een zeer goede mondelinge en schriftelijke kennis van het Nederlands en e en goede kennis van het Frans (niveau B1)
je bent bereid in ploegen te werken en je bent flexibel op het vlak van werktijden
je beschikt over een basiskennis computervaardigheden en Outlook en bent in staat de interne communicatiemiddelen (walkie, interfoon) te bedienen
je bent stipt, gemotiveerd, enthousiast, integer, discreet, tactvol en beleefd
je hebt een verzorgd voorkomen
je kan de veiligheidsinstructies naleven
je kan zowel autonoom als in team werken
je straalt maturiteit en gezag uit en je kan omgaan met dreigend of agressief gedrag
in het bezit zijn van andere bekwaamheidsattesten voor het uitoefenen van een uitvoerende functie in een bewakingsonderneming of interne bewakingsdienst is een pluspunt
ervaring hebben in een bewakingsonderneming of interne bewakingsdienst is een troef
je mag niet in het bezit zijn van een identificatiekaart bewaking met code EXE 07
je maakt niet het voorwerp uit van een lopend gerechtelijk onderzoek of van een onderzoek naar de veiligheidsvoorwaarden.
