As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Data Analyst to support our daily banking product team and strategy execution across our branch network. Role Overview: As a Data Analyst , you will play a key role in translating our daily banking product and owner strategy into actionable insights for our branch network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and support strategic decision-making through data. Key Responsibilities: Translate product and strategy goals into measurable KPIs and reporting frameworks. Analyze customer behavior, product usage, and branch performance to support strategic initiatives. Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI , Cognos , and Excel . Develop and maintain data queries using SQL , SAS , and Python to extract and analyze data from various sources. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and availability for key stakeholders. Present findings to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner. Your Profile: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (2+ years) in a data analyst or business analyst role, preferably in the banking or financial sector. Experienced in SQL , SAS , Excel , Cognos , Power BI , and Python . Ability to turn complex data into clear insights and compelling stories for business stakeholders. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
