Job description YOUR RESPONSABILITIES
Our Customs department is responsible for the processes and administration for all our goods, both domestic and international or in- and outbound.Your role will include:
- Securing that all import and export processes are executed on time and are compliant to all relevant rules and regulations. - Identifying & resolving any deviations or inaccuracies in the administration. - Maintaining the necessary files and data within the unit or with the appropriate authorities. - Sharing your knowledge of customs processes or changes in the processes or regulations within the team to make sure everyone is still up to date. - Contributing to keep standard operating procedures up to date. - Securing the payment reconciliation process of customs related transactions. - Maintaining good relations with internal and external partners;
for example by pro-actively sharing information. - We are a company that values the development of our co-workers.
