For our site in Genk, we are looking for a Team Manager Invoicing.

**YOUR CHALLENGES**

As Team Manager Invoicing you are responsible for a team of invoicing officers & specialists who take care of the invoicing of the services provided by H.Essers to the customer within the predefined period. You do this by ensuring that employees are well coordinated so that activities can run smoothly.

What will you do specifically?
- As a mentor, you take care of the team and the continuous development of your employees. You know better than anyone how to steer, coach and enthuse.
- Besides leading and coordinating the invoicing team, you ensure that the workload is well coordinated so that activities can run smoothly.
- Like no other, you succeed in matching employees’ up-to-date knowledge with current processes and procedures.
- You follow up on the invoicing activities and provide support where necessary to ensure smooth operation of the service.
- Taking care of the smooth operational implementation of new customers is also part of your challenging tasks.
- As Team Manager, you monitor the usual KPIs and you are responsible for drawing up and following up the leave planning and capacity utilisation.
