Als Technisch Trainer zorg je voor kwalitatieve opleidingen met als doel de vakkennis van autotechnici en toekomstige autotechnici op peil te brengen/houden. We zorgen allemaal samen voor de toekomst van de sector en blijven continu in beweging. Zo geef jij je kennis door: Voor je in de lesruimte gaat staan, neem je het technisch lesmateriaal door, schaaf je bij waar nodig en zet je de voertuigen/onderdelen klaar. Je houdt de deelnemers geboeid door verschillende leertechnieken af te wisselen. Een automechanicalover zoals jij is altijd geïnteresseerd in de nieuwste ontwikkelingen en zorgt ervoor dat zijn/haar cursus mee is met de tijd. Als ervaren rot of jonge enthousiasteling in het vak weet je welke thema's je op welke manier moet brengen en gebruik je je expertise om zelf je oefeningen uit te denken of je leermethodes aan te passen aan de snelle evoluties. Nog niet overtuigd? Je krijgt veel autonomie maar wordt goed ondersteund als je dat wenst en hebt inspraak in de planning. Je werkt meestal met kleine groepen en legt contacten met alleen maar prettig gepassioneerde automotive mannen (en vrouwen) in de sector. Je neemt de deelnemers op sleeptouw langs de verschillende uitdagingen over alle technologische aspecten heen. Zijn techniek en opleiding je ding? We hebben mensen zoals jij nodig: mensen die een hart hebben voor autotechniek en die hun vakkennis graag overbrengen. Omdat je leergierig bent, sta je altijd open voor nieuwe technieken, zowel op autotechnisch als op didactisch vlak. Daarnaast hou je van autonomie, kan je goed plannen en indien nodig kan je coördineren. Tot slot ben je ook een echte teamplayer. Wat maakt van jou de geknipte kandidaat? Een Bachelor Automotive of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans is een plus. Een vlotte babbel, ervaring met lesgeven is een troef Rijbewijs B Kennis van MS Office Wat kunnen wij jou bieden bij Educam?
