Jouw nieuwe functie Individuele coaching van teamleden en productmanagers Faciliteren van retrospectives en teamontwikkelingssessies Ondersteunen van gezonde teamdynamiek en psychologische veiligheid Signaleren van structurele knelpunten en meedenken over verbeteringen Agile/Scrum-werking verder uitbouwen en een goede werking ondersteunen Sparringpartner voor het productmanagementteam Actief bijdragen aan een cultuur van open feedback en continue verbetering. Jouw profiel Ervaring als Team/People Coach in een agile-context Sterke coachingsvaardigheden en ervaring met teamontwikkeling Empathisch, communicatief en discreet Voldoende technische kennis om te kunnen sparren met team(leden) Oplossingsgericht en vertrouwd met multidisciplinaire productteams Vlotte beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
