Are you a driven and dynamic individual seeking a leadership role? Longchamp is looking for a dedicated Deputy Store Manager to lead our Landmark Boutique. This position is offered as a replacement contract with a minimum duration of 3 months.

MISSION

The Deputy Store Manager at Longchamp assists the City Retail Manager in managing all activities of the boutique, ensuring the promotion and sale of fashion products in alignment with the brand's commercial strategy. They support the provision of an exceptional customer experience, contribute to maximizing sales performance, and help oversee the daily operations of the boutique.

Main responsibilities:

  • Sales and Customer Service Management: Develop sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets. Ensure high-quality customer service, retain customers, and efficiently handle complaints.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and motivate the sales team. Schedule shifts, assess performance, and develop employees' skills.
  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the Boutique, including stock management, store layout, and implementation of merchandising guidelines.
  • Marketing and Events: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Boutique and its products, organize special events, and manage local advertising campaigns.
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor performance indicators, analyze sales and financial data to adjust business strategies. Prepare reports for management

Key Tasks:

  • Implement actions to maximize sales, including promotions, private sales, and local partnerships.
  • Ensure an exceptional shopping experience, maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain brand image consistency within the boutique, adhering to presentation and communication standards of the brand.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Dynamic leadership and organisational capabilities to inspire and unite a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and utilising performance indicators.
  • A commitment to delivering top-notch service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in English and French is required, proficiency in additional languages will be considered an asset.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in digital tools.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
