Key Responsibilities Strategic & Operational Leadership Develop and execute business strategies aligned with the Board and shareholders' objectives. Contribute to global strategy development , particularly in the Biomedical Business Unit . Provide strategic insights and advice to the Board and Chairperson to ensure informed decision-making. Implement cost-effective operational plans to drive market development and business growth. Ensure that company policies, legal guidelines, and compliance requirements are upheld at all levels. Represent the company as a public spokesperson and industry leader , strengthening its market position. Analyze challenges and implement solutions to ensure business resilience and long-term growth . Financial & Business Performance Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and business ventures .
