Wiegwijs, de partner in ouderschap.
Wiegwijs vzw versterkt en ondersteunt ouders van jonge kinderen op het vlak van gezondheid, zorg en opvoeding met de focus op preventie. Om dit waar te maken organiseert Wiegwijs vzw consultatiebureaus, prenatale steunpunten, maar ook inloopteams in Vlaanderen en Brussel.

Als Manager van Wiegwijs, motiveer, coach en leid je jouw teams in Brussel. Deze zijn vandaag verdeeld over 3 Huizen van het Kind en 11 ankerpunten. Je zet de strategie van Wiegwijs om in duidelijke doelen voor je team. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat operationele processen goed verlopen, zodat jouw team efficiënt werkt. Conform de strategie van Wiegwijs garandeer je, samen met jouw team, een proactieve, uitstekende en vriendelijke dienstverlening.
Daarnaast draag je met jouw strategische blik bij aan de groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie. Je zoekt proactief naar projectmiddelen, subsidies en partnerschappen. Voor jou is samenwerking met andere managers en externe partners belangrijk om de toekomst van preventieve gezinsondersteuning in Vlaanderen en Brussel verder uit te bouwen. Zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie (bijvoorbeeld bij de Vlaamse Gemeenschapscommissie en Huizen van het Kind Brussel), en vooral in Brussel, vertegenwoordig je Wiegwijs.
Je rapporteert aan de algemeen directeur van Wiegwijs.
Jouw belangrijkste opdrachten:
- Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw medewerkers.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de competenties en talenten van je medewerkers maximaal ingezet kunnen worden. Daarnaast identificeer je hun opleidingsbehoeftes, zodat ze kunnen bijleren.
- Je coacht en begeleidt het team (zowel op de werkvloer als op afstand), ook doorheen veranderingsprocessen.
- Je zorgt voor regelmatige opvolging en coaching door middel van constructieve feedback en (opvolg)gesprekken. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de HR-cyclus.
- Je draagt de organisatiewaarden uit naar het team en je zorgt voor het welzijn en welbevinden van de medewerkers.
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijke voor de financiële middelen van de regio. Je zorgt voor nieuwe projecten en je zorgt voor het correct en transparant financieel beheer van de lopende projecten. Daarnaast volg je de structurele middelen op en beheer je de output en de personeelsbegroting op een transparante manier.
- Rekening houdende met het actieplan, definieer je concrete teamdoelstellingen, procedures en procesactiviteiten voor het team.
- Je bepaalt de strategie voor de consultatiebureaus, volgt de masterplannen op en bent verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling van een inhoudelijk aanbod in onze consultatiebureaus.
- Je detecteert signalen uit het werkveld en geeft deze door, om op die manier de strategie te actualiseren en optimaliseren.
- Je stimuleert continue verbetering en resultaatgericht werken. Samen met het team zoek je bovendien systematisch naar verbeteringen.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het dagelijks beheer en onderhoud van het patrimonium waar je werking is gevestigd.
- Je zet beschikbare resources en middelen optimaal in, conform het capaciteitsplan, en je zorgt voor continuïteit van de activiteiten door een evenwichtige werkplanning.
- Je bouwt een inhoudelijke expertise op binnen het team en je beschikt zelf over voldoende 'high level' kennis om het team richting te geven.
- Je houdt de proceslijn op de hoogte van de status van de activiteiten en schat, samen met verschillende partners en directie, de impact van de veranderingen in voor de procesactiviteiten en de organisatie van het team.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van een breed en sterk vrijwilligersbeleid.
- Je werkt actief aan de groei van Wiegwijs in Brussel en in Vlaanderen, door middel van projectmiddelen, subsidies en partnerschappen.
- Je vertegenwoordigt Wiegwijs op externe en interne strategische fora op regio- of domeinniveau, zoals relatiebeheerders, intersectorale medewerkers van Kind en Gezin, etc...
- Je volgt strategische dossiers nauw op en je staat in voor de contractonderhandelingen.
Dit ben jij
- Je beschikt over een Master-diploma of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring.
- Je bent vaardig in leiding geven en je kent verschillende coachingmethodieken.
- Je kan terugblikken op minimum 5 jaar praktijkervaring in een leidinggevende functie.
- Je hebt ervaring in zoeken naar projectmiddelen en aanvragen van subsidies.
- Je hebt een open mindset, je leert graag bij en je bent flexibel.
- Je communiceert vlot en je start gemakkelijk zelf gesprekken.
- Je spreekt en schrijft Nederlands zeer goed en je kan je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
- Je werkt graag met mensen. Bovendien slaag je erin, door middel van jouw coaching, hun prestaties nog te verbeteren.
- Je denkt graag mee op strategisch niveau.
- Je bent stressbestendig en resultaatgericht.
- Je bent een goede planner en je werkt georganiseerd.
- Je neemt operationele verantwoordelijkheid en werkt hands-on met jouw team en externe partners.
- Je hebt ervaring met stakeholdermanagement.
- Je ziet gemakkelijk signalen, ontwikkelingen en opportuniteiten binnen een samenwerkingsverband.
- Je bent een echte netwerker: opzetten, onderhouden en uitbreiden van contacten met interne en externe partners geeft jou energie.
- Je hebt een hart voor Brussel en weet jezelf vlot naar en in deze regio te verplaatsen.
Dit bieden we je

- Verloning volgens PC 331, barema L1.
