Operationeel Inkoper Mechanical / E&I
De Operationele Inkopers binnen Bilfinger Projects spelen een belangrijke rol binnen het Project- en inkoopteam op het Project. Als Operationeel Inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor het plaatsen en opvolgen van de dagelijkse bestellingen en de administratieve afhandeling daarvan.
• Je ondersteunt de Sr. Project Inkoper.
• Je plaatst bestellingen van materialen en diensten.
• Je verwerkt de uren, transporten van onze onderaannemers.
• Je bewaakt de levertijden en gemaakte afspraken.
• Je verricht administratieve werkzaamheden.
• Je draagt de zorg voor de representatieve communicatie met leveranciers.
Wat neem jij mee?
Jij bent communicatief vaardig en kan hierdoor goede contacten met interne klanten en leveranciers onderhouden. Daarnaast beschik jij over de volgende kwaliteiten:
• Je bent administratief sterk en je hebt oog voor detail.
• Je hebt minimaal MBO+ werk- en denkniveau.
• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in spraak als geschrift.
• Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een inkooprol, (bij voorkeur in de technische industrie)
• Je bent besluitvaardig, flexibel, resultaatgericht en klantvriendelijk.
• Je bent stress bestendig en werkt accuraat.
• Je bent bereid te reizen naar onze projecten in Nederland en België.
• Je bent bereid om doordeweeks voor langere tijd te overnachten in de buurt van het project indien benodigd (overnachtingen worden geregeld vanuit Bilfinger met de daarbij behorende vergoedingen)
• Je hebt ervaring met een ERP systeem en het liefst met SAP.
• Je houd ervan om in een dynamische werkomgeving te werken op een Project locatie.

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3400,- en €5000,- de op basis van fulltime, afhankelijk van werkervaring
• Maar liefst 40 verlofdagen (27 vakantie en 13 ADV) en een goede pensioensregeling;

Bilfinger Projects is een Business Line van Bilfinger en realiseert multidisciplinaire grote en complexe projecten in Nederland en België. Bilfinger bevindt zich in het centrum van de ontwikkelingen op het gebied van duurzame energie en energietransitie. We zijn actief in branches zoals waterstof, chemie en industrie. Het inkoop team welke verdeelt is over de projecten bestaat uit vijf collega's welke samen verantwoordelijk zijn voor het inkopen op onze projecten. Het is een hecht en professioneel team waar je terecht komt en je rapporteert in je dagelijkse werkzaamheden aan één van de drie Sr. Project inkopers. Uiteindelijk rapporteer je aan de teamlead procurement
