What will you do?
You are responsible for the following activities:
- Gaining trust and building a positive business relationship with our customers (sellers and buyers of vehicles).
- Supporting the customer throughout the entire buying and selling process including after-sales activities (via phone, emails and chat).
- Getting in touch with customers to maximize the conversion rate and stimulate bids in the auctions.
- Negotiating between buyers and sellers.
Requirements
Who are you?
- You are fluent in Italian and English (both are mandatory).
- Any additional European language is a plus.
- You are computer literate, with good knowledge of MS Office and CRM programs such as Salesforce or you are a fast learner.
- You have a first experience in a similar position or you are a highly motivated fresh graduate.
- You are a driven, enthusiastic and communicative person with a commercial spirit.
- You are goal oriented and you enjoy supporting your clients.
- You are a team player who enjoys working in an international environment.
- You are living in the surroundings of Tienen (BE) or Milan (IT), and open to work at the office 3 days per week.
