We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to join a dynamic team in Athens, Greece.
This position offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment while enjoying life in a bustling, historic city. Comprehensive relocation assistance is provided, including a free flight ticket, temporary hotel accommodation, and support from a local real estate agency to help you settle in.
Position Details:
Location: Athens, Greece
Salary: €1300–€1400 per month, plus a performance bonus of up to €300
Type: Hybrid (Work from home and onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support in German.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with the team to improve service quality and processes.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent German and English proficiency (B2 to C1 level).
- Experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work in a hybrid environment.
