Uw rol Als Data Protection Officer (DPO) speel je een sleutelrol in de bescherming van persoonsgegevens binnen Smals en werk je mee aan het verzekeren van een adequaat veiligheidsbeleid voor de bescherming van persoonsgegevens.
- Je zorgt er voor dat de organisatie compliant is met de actuele privacy wet- en regelgeving.
- Je geeft advies met betrekking tot de naleving van de voorschriften van de GDPR en de minimale normen van de sociale zekerheid voor de verwerking binnen de organisatie.
- Je coördineert en staat de verschillende verantwoordelijken van de organisatie bij in de opmaak en onderhoud van de gegevensbeschermingseffectbeoordeling van alle verwerkingen binnen de organisatie.
- Je coördineert en staat de organisatie bij in de opmaak en het onderhoud van het register van de verwerkingsactiviteiten.
- Je voert analyses uit, je verstrekt je advies en je begeleidt de verschillende teams binnen Smals bij het opstellen en uitvoeren van regels en voorschriften van dataprotectie en informatieveiligheid in verschillende fases van de ontwikkeling en uitbating van diensten.
