Présentation Business Unit
Notre Business Unit Recherche (BIREC) se charge de la coordination des besoins en information en matière d'enquêtes judiciaires. Elle coordonne toutes les fonctionnalités de recherche qui seront jugées (évaluées), coordonnées et hiérarchisées. Via des partenariats avec les autres directions de la Police et des services externes (Justice…), nous visons à améliorer les outils actuels utilisés par les policiers de terrain mais aussi trouver des solutions aux nouveaux besoins, nouveaux défis.
Présentation du projet
Gestion de plusieurs projets :
# Verif : projet visant à améliorer et accélérer les procédures de screening. Ce projet est composé de différents sous-projets (screnning, OOP44, Screening de recrutement des opérationnels).
# My Bike : projet visant à réduire le risque de vol/recel de vélos et à augmenter les chances de retrouver ceux-ci. Encodage par le citoyen via badge personnalisé et exploitation directe par les policiers.
# KBO : Interface permettant la consultation de la Banque Carrefour des entreprises : Mise à jour, évolutions, maintenances.
# Code Pénal : Le Nouveau Code Pénal implique la mise à jour de toutes nos applications pour l’intégration des circonstances aggravantes
# Application permettant la consultation et la récupération des casiers judiciaires.

Dans le cadre des projets mentionnés ci-dessus, vos missions principales seront :
Piloter des projets IT (solutions gouvernementales, réglementaire)
Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers, rédiger les spécifications fonctionnelles et techniques
Coordonner les parties prenantes (équipes internes, clients, partenaires, fournisseurs)
Planifier, organiser et suivre l’avancement des projets (cadrage, conception, validation, conduite du changement)
Gérer et animer des équipes projet (staffing, montée en compétences, gestion des incidents)
Assurer la formation des collaborateurs et des utilisateurs
Élaborer des tableaux de bord de suivi et des indicateurs de performance
Réaliser des DPIA (Data Protection Impact Assessment) et garantir la conformité réglementaire
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus et des outils afin d’appuyer la transformation digitale des services de police.
