De werken die opgevolgd moeten worden betreffen zowel werken van de bebakening als deze van infrastructuur op de luchthaven. Voor wat betreft de werken infrastructuur wordt kennis van zaken verwacht, voor wat betreft de werken bebakening zal een opleiding voorzien worden door de klant waarin de aandachtspunten worden meegegeven.
Er zal door de klant een toelichtingssessie (duurtijd 1 dag) per project worden gegeven over de geplande werken. Er wordt verwacht dat de werftoezichters voorafgaand aan deze toelichtingssessie kennis hebben genomen van de technische bepalingen van zowel de infrastructuurwerken als de werken van bebakening voor het betrokken project.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Technical Supervisor
- Opvolgen van het proevenprogramma voor de infrastructuurwerken: plaatproeven, slagsonderingen, kernboringen, schepmonsters op asfalt, waterdichtheidsproeven, ...;
- Aanwezigheid op de werf tijdens het uitvoeren van proeven allerhande;
- Ter plaatse opmeten van de uitgevoerde hoeveelheden en verwerking in de posten van de meetstaat;
- Kwaliteitscontrole of de werken conform de beschrijvingen en vereisten in het bestek, op de plannen en het standaardbestek 250 worden/zijn uitgevoerd;
- Verzekeren dat de beslissingen van de projectverantwoordelijke van BAC worden toegepast;
- Controle of aan alle veiligheidsvoorschriften is voldaan;
- Rapportage (door middel van verslag en foto's aan het einde van elke shift) van de tijdens de shift uitgevoerde werken, met specifieke aandacht voor mogelijke meerwerken, wat er is voorgevallen en waar er bijgestuurd of gecorrigeerd moet worden.
Jouw profiel:
- Minimum opleidingsniveau A2 of bachelor bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
- Degelijke kennis van wegenis- en rioleringswerken, een grote know-how betreffende de uitvoeringsfase;
- Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie in de wegenbouw;
- Kennis van standaardbestek 250 (SB250)
- Overtuigd van het belang van veiligheidsvoorschriften;
- Zelfstandig en gestructureerd kunnen werken en werkshift kunnen organiseren in functie van de taken;
- Assertiviteit ten overstaan van de verschillende aannemers;
- Een enthousiaste teamplayer zijn en zelf ook de lead nemen in het uitwisselen van informatie.
