HR Business Partner – Operationele omgeving Jij verbindt mensen, strategie en praktijk HR krijgt pas echte impact wanneer beleid voelbaar wordt op de werkvloer. In deze rol als HR Business Partner ben jij de cruciale schakel tussen management en medewerkers , van kantoor tot kaai. Je beweegt vlot in een dynamische, operationele omgeving en vertaalt HR-strategie naar concrete acties die écht werken. Met jouw aanwezigheid, inzicht en vertrouwen maak je het verschil, elke dag opnieuw. Functieomschrijving Optreden als sparringspartner voor leidinggevenden rond alle HR-thema’s: instroom, talentontwikkeling, performance, arbeidsverhoudingen en welzijn Coördineren, coachen en ondersteunen van diverse HR-processen : recruitment & selectie, onboarding en offboarding, learning & development, verzuimbeleid, belonen en waarderen Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt HR voor meerdere operationele sites Zorgen voor tijdige en correcte personeelsadministratie en rapportering Zichtbaar aanwezig zijn op de werkvloer en bouwen aan vertrouwen en sterke partnerships met zowel bedienden als arbeiders Profiel Must haves Bachelor- of masterdiploma in HRM, psychologie, rechten, economie of gelijkwaardig Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring als HR Business Partner of HR Officer in een operationele omgeving (logistiek, productie, haven, industrie) Grondige kennis van sociale wetgeving Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een betrouwbare, zichtbare aanwezigheid Combinatie van strategisch inzicht en een uitgesproken hands-on mentaliteit Nice to haves Ervaring binnen een internationale context Affiniteit met change management of organisatieontwikkeling Kennis van HR-rapportering en data-gedreven werken Aanbod Een autonome en impactvolle functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid Flexibele werktijden in een dynamische werkomgeving Een aantrekkelijk loonpakket, inclusief: Bedrijfswagen met tankkaart Maaltijdcheques , laptop, gsm en nettovergoeding Groeps- en hospitalisatieverzekering Bonusregeling 30 verlofdagen per jaar Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en groei Een warme, no-nonsense cultuur met collega’s waarop je kan rekenen Interesse?
